Fire Alarm Technician

The successful candidate will have:

  • – Fire alarm installation experience in conventional and addressable systems, including programming (in New Zealand).
  • – Fire alarm service and repair experience.
  • – Knowledge and ability in planning of jobs through to completion.
  • – NZQA Level 4 Fire Detection & Alarm Systems (preferred).

Keeping cool under pressure is second nature as is the ability to think on your feet and problem solve any issues you may encounter. Your approachable nature means you love working as part of a team and you are always willing to pitch in and help to get the job done but are just as comfortable working on your own. You must be able to communicate effectively with people of all levels, have a positive attitude and a great sense of humour.
